The text propose some interpretations and actions regarding the traffic of human beings phenomena, defining the social-economical background and indicating some basic criteria, in light of social doctrine of Catholic Church. The text was drafted also in view of constituting a network of catholic structures, acting mainly in the field of immigration. The appendix, illustrating the sense and the prospects follows.

The text proposes some lines to amend the Italian law, currently in force, regarding the immigration, specifying concrete points and plans of intervention, on the basis of vast experience of Regina Pacis Fund.
