The activity of Regina Pacis Fund in Moldavia
The Regina Pacis Fund is operating in Moldavia since August 2000, in the context of welcome activities for immigrants performed by same Fund in Italy and with particular reference to the activity of rehabilitation of human trade victims, which in Moldavia is quite serious social problem.
There are the following activities coordinated by the Fund on the Moldavian territory: Information, promotion of local development, consulting; Actions of welcome for trade victims; Home asylum for homeless children; Traveling canteens and necessaries; Information and actions of welcome in Transdnestria.
The Regina Pacis Fund is also collaborating with Catholic diocese of Chisinau, with particular reference to following structures:
President of Council of Administration of «Home of Providence», structure of Diocese of Chisinau offering charity services;
Direction of Diocesan Priest Social Office;
Direction of training office for permanent Deacons.
